Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but someone is forgetting Valentine and Gering.....

Valentine: Will place 3 kids maybe 4
Sol Purdy
Doug Rissuew
Paul Ithahue
and a kid that will raise eyebrows is the little Eggert.

Gering: Will place atleast 2 maybe 3
Maldondo
Paloma...stud
and the little Maldanado

you have Cozad all wrong....both Kinnans will place along with both Chrisingers....Andrew and Micah.

Aurora is too low. I guarantee the wolf will have those kids ready to rumble.

Platteview will place high because of the power they have with Katusin....the others you mentioned will place, but how high is still up in the air.

Skutt.....they will be there, and that's a promise. Brad has built that tradition and will take an atomic bomb to dethrown them. My best bet to get it done...

They are the defending champions and despite what people may say they are still pretty loaded. Cash is a pretty good bet to repeat I think. I really don't buy all that moving up in weight means you won't do as good. For an upperclassman who is lifting and experienced, it really makes no difference. Rotella is going to be a force as well. Don't forget about Farrell either. Wheaton was just a freshman last year wrestling against a lot of people who are gone now. Only other returning placer from that weight is Kinnan who he beat. Bosley was in the finals a couple years ago as well. Add on to that Thorman and any freshman they might have coming in and you have another title for Skutt. Aurora, Cozad and others do have good teams as well, and if Skutt slips up they might jump on it.

Say, I'd like to get some feedback on what anyone thinks of Falls City's Wrestling program. Honest between the eyes feedback if you can. Past and or present.

We see Falls City quite a bit and they will have some very talented wrestlers Jeremy Butrick and
Drue Miller will be their studs. They lose their stud 160 and 189.

Chris Mather did move to Washington...which is too bad for Falls City. He is a very talented wrestler.

The program is fine, they always have some very tough kids. Their coach is one of the good guys in wrestling. He is always encouraging them and gets on them when they need it. He always seems to get the best out of his kids.

Their little kids program always seems to produce some quality kids as well. They always seem to support Nebraska City and we support them. Good people.....

Chirs Mather did move out to Washington. He'll be wrestling for Stanwood High School. Stanwood's located North of Seattle on Camano Island. It’s a Four A type school, around 1700++ kids in school. This summer he beat their Varsity 103 ponder. He’s starting out at 112, but is planning on trying to get down to 103 by Jan. He left Falls City for the same reason someone would want to have his kid wrestle at Skutt, except it costs less.

Far as I know, Drue Miller will be there. He’s been working hard this fall.

Mark Lippold is a free spirited type of kid that had a serious problem with his head coach last year. The word is that he’s not going out until there are some changes in that area. Probably the best athlete in his class. He ended up starting as the Football team’s QB in their last game. He had to be the smallest QB in class B, at a whopping 130 lbs and maybe 5’6”. But he got the job done. He’s a fearless competitor. Lippold not wrestling is a great loss to the team, his school, and for wrestling in general.
