If anyone is interested in getting some off season wrestling, we've started a wrestling academy for kids in the Central Nebraska area. We currently have 28 members (grades 6-12) in the academy from all over Central Nebraska, as far north as O'Neill down south to Gothenburg/Maxwell east to Wood River. We've been meeting on Sunday's while rotating workout sites throughout the area schools in order to help all members out with driving/time/gas.

This Sunday, June 29, we'll be breaking a sweat in Wood River, NE from 10:00 until approximately 12:00 noon before the team heads down to the UNL team dual camp that afternoon to compete.

If you're interested in checking us out or just working out with us, cost will be 10 dollars for walkin's grades 6-12.

I'd also like to thank all of the members of this years 1st annual squad. I've enjoyed working with all of you guys and wish you the best of luck for next year. You've done a great job of committing yourselves during the busy months of the summer which is always challenging.
