Spc Craig Keys, wrestled for Boone Central, 3x qualifier placed 4th his junior year 02. Currently serving in camp Arifjuan, Kuwait.

Brandon Glendy from Sargent is serving over there as well. Glendy was a 2X state medalist from Sargent.

Matt Kratochvil, graduated from aquinas last year and was a member of three state champion wrestling teams and two cross country, is currently serving in iraq. thanks to all who have given their time to support the U.S.

Kenny Fisher from Tekamah Herman who made it to state 2 years ago is over there and has already been injured in duty. A bomb that went off in october or so sent shrapenal and hit him and he hurt his leg but the neat part is that he has a american flag tattoo and a piece of metal dead centerd his tattoo. He is healed up and is now back in action

Del Moniger from Broken Bow is back in Iraq for the 2nd or 3rd time. A very good past wrestler and assistant coach and mentor.

Jerry Engel was in Iraq since the begging of all of this and returned, I think, this last October. He was a State Qualifier in 2001 for Lincoln Northeast. His sister, Jackie, who lettered twice in Cross Country and Track just got orders that she will be leaving for Iraq in the near future. To everyone there fighting the good fight, may god be with you all.

John Mason, formerly of Shelton will be returning from Iraq around state tournament time. I am his step father and although he never made it to state his medals from the service are better than any wrestling medal he ever won.
