I have a wrestler that graduated this year going into the Army. I made sure to tell him I extremely proud he chose the military. We need good young men and women like him to protect this great nation of ours. Trust me, as long as there are young men and women like him watching our back, not many of those chickens can attack us. His name is Logan Pontis and I am proud of him!

Just saw on the news this morning that former Kearney wrestler Pat Schauer and his father returned home yesterday.

Thanks to both for their service.

Josh Hayek, a 4 time state medalist and one time state champ (3rd, 5th, 3rd, 1st) was overseas for I think a year. I believe he was stationed in Kuwait, but correct me if I'm wrong. He is now back, but not sure if he has to go back.

You're a stud Josh, great job kickin butt at the state games.
