THE OLDEST WRESTLING TOURNAMENT IN THE NATION, THE AAU GRAND NATIONALS FOUNDED IN 1888 WAS HELD IN CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO, AT THE DOUGLAS COUNTY EVENTS CENTER,THIS PAST WEEKEND JULY 11, 12, 13. Wrestling was held in 3 styles- Greco Roman(no legs), Freestyle(olympic style) and Folkstyle (high school)

The Team finished 3rd in Greco and Freestyle and 4th in Folkstyle winning a total of 13 Gold Medals, 20 Silver medals, and 7 Bronze medals

All I can say is that Metro teams had best not rest on their laurels: Looks to me like some out-state boys are sneakin' around wrestling this summer.
