If this is true, this would be the second claimed transfer to Burke - JMC already posted that Tyler (275) of Elkhorn was transferring to Burke. Is there recruiting going on in a public school? Was Victor offered a car too? Hope Skutt-bashers don't get ahold of this, it might limit their argument about those parochial schools! Don't believe everything you read, until they show up in another color uniform! Until then, Burke wrestlers are just shooting their mouths off again, dreaming of what might be!

Pure speculation. I don't believe anything that until it actually happens. Tyler going to Burke? That's absurd.

I have heard a ton of rumors the past couple of days. How about this one. Weidemann is going to try to make it down to 103 yet and do a late cert. Got told this by a person close to North. Now I don't know about you guys, but if he wrestled at 112 already the first semester, then there will be no late cert the second half. I'm not a coach, but if I were I would keep an eye on this one. Maybe that is why he wants to go to Burke?

He wont be eligble if he transfers. He will have to sit out 90 days.

If he moved into the area, which it sounds like he did, then he would be eligiable right away. That is if his grades are passing from the first semester.

Omaha North is in the OPS school district and Burke is in the OPS school district. From what I understand he can participate if he moved to another district. Not within the same school district.

I am pretty sure with a change of residence he would be elligable (spelling?).

If he moves into the home attendance area of Burke then he is eligiable right away if his grades are up to par.
