The AAU, USA Wrestling, Huskerland, and NSWCA have combined their resources to bring in Olympic and World Champion Kevin Jackson, Jeff Prescott (Outstanding wrestler - NCAA) and Class A coach of the year Marty McCurdy for the Nov. 16th clinic. This clinic is very reasonable ( $10) as most of the cost is being subsidized. The 1st 100 entries receives a free T-shirt.TD tourney the night before. Just got home from the kearney takedown tournament what a great time. Not too many kids but some great competition. Then in the morning Kevin Jackson the Olympic Champion will be there. Big thanks to Coach McCann for bring in top notch clinicians year after year. Some other wrestlers who were there taveled from Norton Kansas, Columbus, Sutherland, Sandhills, Lincoln, McCook, plus others in the Kearney area. At least I didn't have to travel as far as the Lincoln wrestler in my weight.
