Who will be the top wrestlers at 119 in class C this year?

I don't think that you need to worry about winning any state titles Mr.Ducan you just ain't state champ material.

I think Pokorney will be there before the end of the season, he will be tough at 119.

He drew Denson in the first round in Blair. It was a good match. I think he has the potential to be the champ in the end, but he will have to get polished up before the end of the year! The freshman was close to scoring back points a couple of times!

I'm from Gretna and we were warming up when the two wrestled. The denson kid looked a little uptight at first. He got down early but came back in the end. I am no ref and don't want to get into the business but it sure looked like Denson had Olson on his back quite a while and got nothing? Olson is a tough 12th grader but not sure if he would want to face that 9th grader again. (snicker)

How bout them Gretna boys? Janovich's looked like animals.

I also watched the match very closely. I must have been warming up by Dan P. But what I saw was that Nate had the legs hooked and I believe if you have the legs hooked you can be on your back without giving up points. When the ref did give 2 points, Olson let go of the legs and got the reversal right back. But I will have to agree that Denson is a tough freshman.

Could Happen at Boys Town I belive this would be a pretty good match. Olson is the leader of the tekamah wrestlers but I belive Cash would pull away after a very competitive match.
