We are happy to announce the 2007 Rumble on the Red High School Wrestling Championships will be moving to the Fargodome. With the interest of many new teams this year, we have decided to move the tournament to a much needed larger venue. Last year we had teams from 5 different States, with only 3 teams from ND, and 2 teams from SD. We hope those numbers now grow since the tournament is being held in Fargo. The tournament is a Varsity and Junior Varsity event all under one roof, with teams being able to bring an unlimited number of JV participants. The feedback we have recieved from a number of coaches on the Junior Varsity tournament has been extremely positive. They seem to love the fact they can bring their entire squad to a tournament and all wrestle together as a team. We will take a maximum of 64 teams, this does not mean we will get to that number. Contracts will start going out to the teams that were involved last year. We have recived verbal commitments from about 30 teams so far. Last year we only had 1 team from NE come up.
