GATOR GRAPPLING CLUB

The Gator Grappling club’s goal is to give student/athletes the opportunity to train with elite clinicians and wrestlers from Lincoln and surrounding areas. The coaches will teach technique in folkstyle, freestyle and Greco. This club is for any wrestlers 7th- 12th grade that want to improve their overall wrestling skills. Elementary wrestlers are welcome to participate by recommendation of a coach, and if they have a workout partner.

FORMAT: The club will meet two times a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 – 8:30 at Lincoln North Star’s Wrestling room. There will be times when the club will not be able to meet two times a week. The Gator Grappling Club will run starting Tuesday April 12th through June 30.

Please enter the North Star Wrestling room on the East side of the building next to the main door. Wrestlers will be responsible for their own transportation & workout gear.

COST: The cost to join the club is $90 (includes AAU card), or $78 if you already have an AAU card. If there are two members from the same family, the cost will be $156, or $140 if they already have an AAU card. Cost includes Gator Grappling Club t-shirt.

CLINICIANS: Coaches this year will include but not limited to; Casey Roberts (Former UNL wrestler), Cody Foust (Former UNL wrestler), Joey Morrision (High School State Champ, NCAA Division II All-American, Lexington Head Coach), Joe Ellenberger (2X UNK All-American, Riley Ross (Kansas High School State Placer, NCAA Division II All-American, Austin Couful (Nebraska State Champ)

We release Gator Grappling club, Lincoln North Star High School, its coaches and representatives from all liability in the event of an accident.
