Coaches, parents, Wrestlers. We are extremely excited about this tournament. We are hosting these championships in Brookings, SD with the Brookings Wrestling Association at the Swiftel Center. If you have never seen or wrestled in the Swiftel Center, you honestly cannot ask for a better wrestling venue in the country. The place is made for wrestling. Brookings is a centrally located city for everyone. This is where the state AAU Kids tourney is held and State High School Duals. Has had numerous wrestling events ran here and is a state of the art facility. Know how to run a tourney. If you know kids or clubs that would be interested in going please pass this on to them. It will be advertised in a lot of different places. It will definetly be worth their time.

How it is going to work:

Top 3 place winners at the 5 State AAU Tournaments will qualify! (SD, IA, NE, ND, and MN)

So we will have 16 man brackets. This could end up being the toughest youth tournament in the Midwest.

IA, SD, and now ND are huge AAU states, and the way it sounds is NE is really excited about this. So they should have a good showing.

But MN kids will have to qualify in Rochester at the State AAU tourney. All the best kids from the other states are going to be there it would be fun to see the best kids from MN there as well.
