SWAT was formed in 2006 with a goal of providing excellent instruction and work out partners. With that in mind, SWAT hires members of UNK's wrestling team (National Champions, All-Americans, etc) to come in and provide technique training.

SWAT starts on March 3rd at 7. It will run for 8 weeks with 2 practices a week. Practices will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will again bring in members of the UNK wrestling team to show technique. You can register at the door before any of the practices. There will also be flyers at state or you can email me at swatwrestling@yahoo.com to have a flyer emailed to you.

SWAT had over 50 members last year between middle school and high school aged kids. 13 of those guys were ranked in the final rankings and 4 were ranked #1!
