Nebraska Wrestling Training Center 2011-2012 Practice schedule
• 8 Week Training Camp
o 7-12th grade recommended
o September 18th through November 9th
o Sunday and Wednesday evenings, 6:30-8:00pm
Cost:
• $200 for all sessions*
• $125 for Sundays*
• $20 for each individual practice*

• Kick start session
o Peewee through 8th grade
o 5 weeks, November 13-December 8th
o Sunday evenings 6:30-8:00pm
o Cost: $50* (includes Monday and Wednesday practices with Lincoln warriors)

• Excel session
o Peewee through 8th grade
o 12 weeks, January 4th through March 7th 2012
o Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:00pm
o Cost: $50* (includes Monday practices with Lincoln warriors)

• Spring NWTC Practices
• Training and practice with all husker coaches and wrestlers.
• Dates and times TBD starting approximately March 26th
*For anyone to participate in any of the workouts listed above, he or she must have a current USA wrestling Card. USA wrestling cards can be purchased online at: http://www.usawmembership.com/
All practices will be located in the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track Center until the Hendricks Training complex is complete approximately mid October.
