| Rookie Registered: April 12, 2005 Posts: 18 | posted Attention coaches or senior wrestlers this year. I am on of the Head Coaches for the NSWCA West All-Star Dual at Norfolk Catholic on Saturday June 18th. We almost have our complete team but we need one more wrestler for the 125 weight class you get a 7 pound growth allowance so you would need to weigh 132 after practice on Friday night. You must have wrestled in a west district which was any district in any class that was 3 or 4 (example D-4 or A-3) to be on the west team. If anyone is interested we have a great team of seniors that want one last chance to wrestle in high school and it is always a great time.
