I figured the top 15 teams returning points from last years state meet.

2. Sargent/Burwell 65
3. Valentine 59
4. Kearney Cath. 43
5. Tekamah-Herman 38
6. Battle Creek 34
7. Stanton 24
7. Mitchell 24
9. St. Paul 22
10. Wood River 19

Again I didn't figure any team that finished lower than 15th or any team that is switching out of Class C. (Not to be overlooked Arlington has 29 points returning with 6 returning qualifiers)
