I was just wondering what everyone likes to do for fun outside of the wrestling world. I know everyone has to have some other hobby or something. I enjoy anything outside (baseball, football, golf, etc) and one new thing I am getting back into this summer is competitive running. I am training for a marathon in October, but plan on running a couple of 10K races this summer. I ran my first last weekend and ended up in 3rd place.

MM...I got involved in a poker league here this winter, and I've had a lot of fun being able to just sit down with some good people and play cards. There are different levels of player there, from the novice to those who play cash games at the casinos or in local tournaments. What I've found is that it allows me to take my mind off of work and concentrate on something out of my comfort zone.

I also read -- although not nearly as much as I'd like -- and have been known to actually engage in physical activity that bears a striking resemblance to an actual workout of sorts. Of course...the next morning my body reminds me that the checks I was writing the night before have bounced, and I spend the next day walking around like Grandpa Ernie at the old folks home.

I also pray and attend church a lot more often than I did in the past, which has opened up a lot of new opportunities in my life as well.

I was really uneasy about putting the site on hiatus, but the time away from it has been a very positive one for me and has me energized for the future.

What little spare time I get, I like to do a few things. One is play poker like NWI. I go to area league tourneys and play quite a bit of poker. Pool is a lot of fun, too. I enter intoa few tournaments every now and then and usually lose, but it's fun. I spend quite a bit of my weekends fishing. I have a boat that I take out to Maskenthine by Stanton and putt along catching fish. They are all good relaxers and help me forget about school and bills. Recently this summer I joined a town baseball league in Newcastle, I'm not very good, but it's a lot of fun being out there. It's tough to make a lot of the games beings they are usually an hour or more away late in the evening.
Also, I am a computer major and I spend a lot of my time playing with and fixing computers.

That's my life in a nutshell.

Ever hear of the coach that couldn't coach his wrestler out of a wet paper bag; I was coaching the wet paper bag.
