I am not a huge fan of Ernie Chambers, but after reading the law suit again, I see this case as ridiculous as Ernie suing GOD(this is what he wants people to think). Why hasn't Obama produced the magic papers? WHy should he? Its a lawsuit that has no merit, and like I said before, the hard core right wingers are reaching for anything they can. I would rather hear something with substance like the acorn lawsuits. Now that is real news worthy material.

And to talk about your references about Obama's link to bill ayers, ect... Then McCain must be a racist and wants segregation brought back. Why do I say this? McCain was a major supporter/backer of Jesse Helms and his good ole' boy network of staunch southern republicans who pushed for segregation in the United States up intil the mid 80's. Now obviously this happened before McCain took office, but using your logic, "He should have known better than associate with them" Just like the old saying "guilty by association"
