Five Divisions: A. Kindergarten and Pre-K
B. 1st-2nd grades
C. 3rd-4th grade
D. 5th- 6th grades
E. 7th-8th grade
Weigh-in and Start Times: K-2nd grade...weigh-in 4:00-5:00 P.M. Wrestle at 5:30 P.M
(approximate) 3rd-4th grade...weigh-in 4:30-5:30 P.M. Wrestle at 6:30 P.M.
(approximate) 5th-6th grade...weigh-in 5:00-6:00 P.M. Wrestle at 7:30 P.M.
(approximate) 7th-8th grade...weigh-in 5:30-6:30 P.M. Wrestle at 8:30P.M.
Rules and Format: High School rules will be used with the following exceptions: No Head locks for grades K-6. All periods start in neutral position except 7&8th grades.
High school wrestlers will be used as referees. 4 man brackets will be used. Brackets will be determined after weigh-ins (please be on time for weigh-ins, this allows us to attempt to separate wrestlers from the same town). All divisions will have three periods, each 1-minute. There will be sudden death overtimes. The first over time period will be 1- minute.
