A wrestler may move up to any weight class where they meet the minimum weight. They may move down as well, but must have satisfied the descent plan to that scratch weight (ie. no weight allowance) by January 22, 2011. So, if these criteria are met, a wrestler may move weights right before districts. In either case, their team is still only allowed one entrant per weight at Districts. Therefore, moving weight classes at this juncture needs to be coordinated with the coach, the team, and any other wrestler that potentially could be impacted (e.g. if this causes a need for wrestle-offs or that wrestler moving weights as well).
