Another great match, Nelson wins it 7-2, Nelson looked to use his quickness and speed this time and stay away from the lockups. I hope they meet in the State Finals it would be a dandy!
I dont' know you, but i'm almost positive that you are from Norfolk Catholic. The ref was probably the worst i've ever seen in my career. He was quick on calls against other teams but when it came to catholic i thought he looked a little from Norfolk myself. Might have been getting paid a lot also!
There was some bad calls there, free style pins, and they were letting standing chickens, standing arm bars, and letting the kids have the legs in while standing up, all which are suppose to be potntially dangerous calls.
The officiating wasn't bad in this match, someone had just mentioned it earlier...."Nathan from madison almost got beat first round"<---i believe that's what was said
it's hard to give examples of how the ref was bad it's almost like it was so bad that you had to be there to believe it. i mean yeah you could tell the ref was going for NC because of the way he refed and after he was done refing and went to the table and was just smiling when the crowd was definatly not happy with him at all.
What happened at 160? I heard prokepec pinned reinhardt in the first period in the dual. 10-5 doesn't sound like reinhardt. Did reinhardt have an easy ride to the finals or what?(something just doesn't seem right)
Nelson was in control the whole match. it was a good one all the way to the end. spiegel blew his temper and busted his knuckles on the cement wall after the match.
Reinhardt wrestled like a stud on Saturday, earning the first wall chart of his career (or so I'm told). He has really picked it up at the end of the season, and it showed at the conference tournament.
