This had to be great event to watch, in particular Brandl/Gaines, Freudenburg/Bribieseca, McCoy/Karpisek, Mundil/Nathan, Coufal/Rath. A bit surprised by score of Webb/Pflasterer match but not by Cooksley, he's likely just getting warmed up. Cons. results would really be appreciated. Congrats Brett and Jason on those big wins.

112 cons. I think it was the Cofton kid over the Schuyler kid, not sure of the score. The Brandl Gaines match was the best of the day ,hands down. Tie 2 to 2 going into the third period Brent picked down, and got an escape with about 8 sec left in the match. The Webb, Pflasterer match was interesting, Webb score most of his points in the first period, at the end of the first Pflasterer hit a nice Peterson roll for a reverse but never got the back points. I think he should have, Webb was clearly on his back for 8 sec or so.2 period Webb was content with the takedown let up think, Pflasterer kind of shut that down at the end. 3 period Pflasterer picked up and Webb clamed up,got 1 stalling point at the end,pretty smart match for both kids.
McCoy was just too strong for Aaron, right at the start Aaron shot for a single leg that looked good and deep and McCoy just fought it of like nothing, that was pretty much how the whole match went.
who got the outstanding wrestler,I left to soon. My guest would be Brandl of Coookley or maybe McCoy. It would be a tough pick . Brandl had the tougher weight class, the other two justed cleaned up
Me being someone who hasnt been around wrestle much in the last few years I would like to take the time to say how neat the finals where at Schuyler. the light and the pre wrestling lineup was neat. And the matches has everything, the close, even matches (119) the underdog fighting for all he had (112) and the shocker match (135) After that meet I think I will start going to the meets instand of reading about them in the paper!
