Junior Varsity Location: lincoln ne. usa Registered: January 28, 2003 Posts: 634 | Start time is 9:00 am this Sat. at UNK. 11 teams which include the 10 RMAC teams and U of San Fransico. Lots of guys with High School ties from Nebraska competing, Morrison, Etherton, McCurdy, Sutton, and Farrel come to mind for UNK and Chadron has several stand outs as well in Majerus, Hunter, and Webb all having ties to the state. SORRY IF I LEFT ANYONE OUT, it is not on purpose and if I did please post the names. Lets go support these young men! hawk |

I realize it's probably a longshot...but wouldn't a 1-2-3 finish among the Nebraska schools be the ultimate? It probably wouldn't warrant a story in the Weird-Harold...but it'd still be pretty freakin' cool... "Energy Flows Where Attention Goes" -- James Arthur Ray |

USFS belongs to CIAA conference, but that conferece dosen't sponser a wrestling championship since USFS is the only school that offers wrestling (and they barely do at that). Fort Hayes left the RMAC a few years ago and joined the MIAA. That conference has teams like Truman State and Central Missouri, but dosen't sponser a conference championship, so FHSU stays in the RMAC so they and USFS can compete for conference titles as well as regional titles. |

In 2001 Southern Colorado (now University of Colorado State at Pueblo) won. Since then it has been all Bauer's teams. That is seven and counting. |

Rookie Registered: February 17, 2008 Posts: 55 | Not usually. The usually take top three and a couple of wild cards. |
Rookie Location: kearney Registered: May 06, 2003 Posts: 158 | Yes the top 4 qualify from each weight class and this has been the case since 2001 I believe- that was the last year of seeding the national tourney and using wild cards.
