Being an alumnus of OHS I got to looking into Ogallala. According to the NSAA here are their state champs.
1964-Ernie Husmann, BHwt.
1965-John Annable, B154; Ernie Husmann, BHwt.
1967-Ron Christenson, B154; Butch Peterson, BHwt.
1968-Randy Kramer, B103
1982-Rod Tickle, B155
1983-Rod Tickle, B167
1986-Pat Stokey, B126
1993-Gary Rivas, B152
1995-Brad Cooper, B160; Jake Holscher, B172
1996-Justin Eidem, B125; Brad Cooper, B160
1998-CJ Nelson, B130; Justin Eidem, B152
2000-Cole Hothan B145

I think Pat Stokey (mid 80's) would also be on their all star team. According to NSAA he was state champ in 1986 at 126.

119-Cole Hothan (runner-up '98)
125-Justin Eidem (SC '96 and '98 but used him once to make room)
130-CJ Nelson (SC '98)
135-David Cooper (5th '97 not sure if there is a better alternative)
140-Cole Hothan (runner-up '99)
145-Cole Hothan (SC 2000)
152-Rod Tickle (SC '82)
160-Brad Cooper (SC '96)
171-Jake Holscher (SC '95)
189-Ben Holscher (runner up '99)
215-Jared Plucknet (runner up '00,3rd '99)
HWT-Ernie Husmann (SC '64,'65)

I had to use Hothan Numerous times because my memory never served me for other wrestlers at those weights, but I'm not sure about what weight Chris Richter was at when he was a runner-up. All around great team with some depth especially at the middle to heavier weights.
