Does anybody know where you can get those bungee ropes that Xavier or St. Graham High Schools were using for their penetration steps in that video that HB posted a while back? Do you know approximate cost?

I am glad to see coaches in the state implement these cutting edge techniques into their training regimen. If the bags and HIRTS works for Apple Valley and it works for the Olympic training center, it will definitely work for schools in our state.

A little pricey but maybe the kids can work a few odd jobs in the summer or set aside a few bucks to implement.

I am actually applying for a grant. If we get the grant, we will get 8 bags and 3 bungees. These will be a good addition to our room.

If I get the grant, just ask me in person sometime and I will tell you. I learned a longtime ago that you don't put too much information on this or any other site. Somebody might say that I did something wrong or used funds improperly or some other excuse and I would rather not deal with people like that. I should find out in the next few week if our program gets the grant. Sorry for being vague.
