Hus World Champion Location: Ord, Nebraska Registered: October 19, 2002 Posts: 3252 | Is Austin Hergott really at 145 now? Wrestled any matches at 145? Just curious, he was doing very well at 152! Seems inevitable that Fletcher and Meyer will meet in Omaha at 285. Has anyone kept up with results of their previous matchups? Is Burwell/Sargent team yet at full speed? This message has been edited. Rookie Registered: October 19, 2005 Posts: 192 | Do you really think 145 is that easy? Look at the ratings for 145 & tell me your predictions it seems to be the toughest to predict. You have: Papa-DC Long-Rav Leth-Ord Hergott-NC Butt-CC Reuter-Kim Rife-BP Fredricson-NB PFlanz-TC Frandsen-GICC Gubbels-PL And could we see Drew Smith in this bracket? I think this looks to me a tough spot to be in at state, according to the predictions I've seen its kind of a free for all. |
Hus World Champion Location: Ord, Nebraska Registered: October 19, 2002 Posts: 3252 | I never meant to imply 145 was easy! Simply, I notice Hergott rated at 145 but have only seen his results at 152. He was doing quite well at 152 IMO and therefore gives 145 a whole new perspective. If you have any results that back up Kimball's Reuter please show them. Bulldog posts here occasionally but has nothing to say about status of Smith so it remains unknown. |
Rookie Registered: October 19, 2005 Posts: 192 | I was kind of responding to Big Burruss. I just have to agree with HB when Barnard & Granger dropped down earlier in the season to 140, I don't see it that much better at 145 now. Matt talked to Drew at burwell some, he didn't come out & say where he was going but Matt seem to think he would be 145. Are you going to Ravenna tonight? This message has been edited. Rookie Registered: October 19, 2005 Posts: 192 | TK, we'll find out about Reuter on saturday at Gibbon he'll be walking in to one tough bracket. Martin Leth Long Klingensmith Reuter These are not my predictions in any order either I'll let them decide that. I just hope the weather don't get real bad. |
Rookie Registered: September 19, 2006 Posts: 31 | Fletcher has never lost to Meyer Pat should have it pretty easy this year at state good thing he got out of class D |
Junior Varsity Registered: January 28, 2004 Posts: 741 | Beg to differ. Fletcher wrestled a little bit with our club about 2 yrs ago in the spring. I believe he wrestled Meyer 3 times that off season. Lost the first one, and I don't think he's lost to him since. My pick is Fletcher also. I was just laying out the facts. |
