State Qualifier Registered: October 16, 2005 Posts: 1077 | Class A DaVaughn Perkins (Omaha North) "140lbs" Esai Dominguez (Omaha Creighton Prep "152lbs" Team wise- Omaha North could have a great line-up from 103-145lbs. |
NCAA Champion Registered: February 03, 2003 Posts: 2006 | Creighton prep and Omaha North are going to be the 2 top teams. I think Omaha North will have 5 or 6 finalists. That will be tough to beat. Creighton Prep will have to have alot of depth to beat that. Lots of points are scored by winning the semis. |

The Bearcats placed 5th at State last year and I beleive that they have everybody coming back. I know Coach McCann provides his athletes with many opportunities to improve in the off-season so I can only see them getting better. They should have some quality points in D-Rod, Crocker, Peterson, Phipps, and Pearson as well. |

State Qualifier Registered: October 16, 2005 Posts: 1077 | MS will be very tough, but North, with their first half of the line-up will be very tough. I am not sure if North's upper weights (152-HWT) will be able to keep up with MS, but the lower weights (103-145) will be the best in Nebraska. MS, North, and Prep could very well end up 1-2-3 again, but North has a very good chance to get to #1 if their upper weights can hold their own. |
