After reading about losing records making it to state (sometimes weak districts, but I would guess many times these kids may just had a good tournament, wrestled well, and qualified) I thought it would be interesting to see how many winning records were left home from each district.
A quick count showed C-2 had 53 wrestlers with winning records not qualify.
How does that compare to other districts?

Well if class A is so hard that everyone should have losing records...I guess that I have to assume that Classes B, C, and D are so easy that everyone has a winning record. Big Grin

Imagine a HUGE seeded tournament with everyone in the state in the bracket. i'm thinking 7 days of straight wrestling? Those would be CHAMPIONS! Not realistic, but interesting to ponder.

C-3 had 45 winning records not make it. Red Sox you can double check that number. I counted the .500 records.
