I imagine that schwartz and hastings might meet again in the finals at 189. The last matchup between these 2 it was a win for hastings by one point which was an escape. Wish I could be at the tournament but I'm sure a lot of good matchups will be ones not to forget.

the koch/hergott match was 5-2. Koch should have had a takedown at the end too.

Hate to say it but It was Hastings of Norfolk Catholic beating Schwartz of Stanton 1-0 to gather his third one point vicory over Schwartz this year. Hastings and Schwartz both looked impressive today. Hastings pinned his younger brother first round and the Thayer Central kid in semis and Schwartz pinned a kid from Oneill in the first round after being up 18-4 and then defeated Hiser of Lincoln Christian 8-4. The finals was a carbon copy of the matchup of the two at the Stanton Tournament. No points scored in the first, Hasting gets choice goes down and gets escape, Schwartz goes down and almost had reversal midway through third and right at the end but Hastings did a great job of holding on for the win. I don't know what Schwartz has to do to prove he is worthy of being rated. All he's done this year is go 13-4 with ten pins losing three times to Hastings by one and losing once to Bazata of Howells by five.

Well little_man i didnt have the week i wanted. I had to cut 17 pounds in 4 days for my tri thursday and dehydrated my self down to far and couldnt wrestle very well got a loss form Nico Lemmers and then still not feeling the best on saterday lost in the finals to Ritter form Norfolk Cathlic. Now going to try to keep my weight lower so i dont have to cut so much this week.
