I want to recommend the brand new book "Caddy for Life" by John Feinstein which I just finished in a few days. It details the life of longtime golf caddy Bruce Edwards who passed away from Lou Gherigs Disease last week. He had caddied for Tom Watson for 30 years and was just diagnosed with ALS last year. Courage, love, friends, family-I can guarantee you will cry like a baby when you read but it certainly makes you look at things in life differently.

HB - It took me quite some time to finally read "Caddy for Life." Better later than never though...it is a great book - with a great story that I promise would hit home to everyone!

Vonnegut's "Slaughterhouse 5" completely changed my outlook on life. it is definately Top 3 if not the greatest book i've ever read.

For those of you who haven't read it or about it, It's about a man who is trapped in time...who has no control over when he goes. the "Trifalmadorians" see time like a movie. you can rewind to the good parts and watch them over and over again even after death, so there is no such thing as death. They know how the universe ends. they know how it started. They just focus on the good parts.

If you haven't read it, I'd suggest you get it from a local book store. It'll Change your life. and your outlook on Dresden after WWII...oh wait, there wasn't one.... Confused so get it and love it.

Doesnt this thread belong on The Back 9 forum? I thought this forum is for wrestling only. The Back 9 is for non-wrestling topics like this.

A few of my favorites...
Catch 22- Joseph Heller
Crime and Punishment- Fyodor Dostovesky
1984- George Orwell
East of Eden- John Stienbeck (Not near as depressing as some of his other works)

Any Kurt Vonnegut is worth reading if your into strange satire, he's my favorite living author.

I've just written a new book that I hope you'll pick up at Barnes & Noble.

It's called "How to Get Along With Everybody," and I co-wrote it with this other guy, who's a real jerk.

I'm working on my next book right now, which is tentatively titled, "How to turn $10 million in real estate into $75 in cash." It's going to be a real page-turner...
