And don't worry about being wrong...I thought I was wrong once. Turns out, I was only mistaken.

It was Anderson. Will wrestle at UNI next year for Penrith.Heard he turned down a full ride to Iowa State after being courted heavily by Cael.

In the finals he took down Gable 5 or 6 times,I believe he was a freestyle national champ.

I believe Gable would have walked through the 215 bracket.

There were some exciting finals-Reeker beat Pulte I think 5-3 and Branigan beat Rhoades 4-3. Prusha was up 12-0 his first match and was pinned. I'd say it was a pretty good tournament. Anderson was unbelievable, beat Gable like 18-9.

<<103 - 1, Dan Paterson>>

His last name is commonly mispelled; unfortunately. It was wrong on the brackets.

His name is Dan Pedersen.

Lewin controlled the entire match at HWT. Ahead 3-1 with 15 or 20 seconds left he was trying to break free from his opponant on their feet,he tripped and Burger splashed on top of him for a pin. They will wrestle again at SCE dual tourny and Lewin will beat him.

No,nor did you, but I have watched them wrestle and Heath is close but is not at Powels level.Since prior to this match Jason had scored two tech falls and a 14 point major maybe it was Mckim who was putting up the defense!

they deserve some credit...finished ahead of #7 team Papilion-Lavista by 28.4 pts..yes i know they were without vacanti..but i think you only get 16 pts for a first place finish, and he wasnt enough to pull ahead of them...norfolk didnt score at 119 so if anything vacanti would have beat a MW or OG kid and helped the panthers...panthers were without the starting 152, 171, and 215 varsity starters for various reasons. i thought overall the panthers had a few kids really step up...but norfolk only won 2 of the medal round matches which droped them to 3rd place.

The Semi-Finals Match at 135 between Rhoades from Omaha Gross & Foote from Millard West was worth the price of admission. This match went back and forth for 2 1/2 periods until midway threw the 3rd Rhoades revesed Foote to his back . What a battle. Great job to both kids.
